I have over 10 years experience in writing medicolegal reports for barristers and solicitors and specialise in personal injury litigation. Approximately 75% of my instructions are for the plaintiff and 25% for the defendant. I would normally expect to include sections on history of accident, past medical history, review of GP notes, review of hospital notes, review of Xrays and scans, examination findings and assessment with prognosis.
